Complete Ownership of Delivered Content
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable order, agreement, or service terms, completed and paid-for content delivered to the customer becomes the customer's property upon delivery.
Belmont Publishing does not require customers to publicly acknowledge Belmont Publishing or reference our services when using delivered content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once ownership has been transferred, customers may publish, distribute, edit, or otherwise use the delivered content for their intended purposes, subject to any applicable third-party rights or restrictions.
Payment and Orders
